Roger Nairn

Managing Director


Founding partner and Managing Director of Xelon, Roger oversees the day to day running of the office and is responsible for Xelon’s corporate development, accounts management and systems operations.

Ashley Gay

A&R Director


Ash is Xelon's founding director. Bringing together his love for DJing, experience as label manager dance labels Pro-DJ and Central Station Records and education in IT and computer science, Ash made Xelon a tour de force that continues to go from strength to strength to this day.

Arlo Enemark

A & R and Industry Promotion


Arlo uses his extensive knowledge of contemporary dance music to acquire quality releases for Xelon’s in-house labels 405, Velcro, Micropope and Drumb. He also promotes the releases to an extensive database of club DJs, radio DJs, streaming sites and key online press.

Jimmy Mackay

Label Manager


Jimmy joined the company in 2012 & has risen through the ranks to become label manager for a number of Xelon’s distributed labels, including renowned household names such as Onelove, Sweat It Out & Neon Records as well as overseeing label deals with Armada Music & Black Hole Recordings.

Pete McMillan

Content Manager


Pete is responsible for the day to day running of the Xelon release schedule, catalogue content & content delivery to worldwide DSPs. He also label manages distributed labels including C.S.R, AP Music/Digital, LNG Music, Homebrew Records, NY-O-DAE Music.

Peter Tran

Assistant Accountant


Peter is responsible for managing all day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable / receivable, payroll and monthly reports as well as answering queries regarding royalties payment and generating sales reports for Xelon’s licensors/labels.

Jessica Ankomah

Social Media Manager


Appointed social media & communications manager, Jessica is Xelon's newest member. With a background in music journalism and knack for online engagement, her role includes handling social media, writing copy, producing newsletters and commissioning content.

Luke Meader

YouTube Manager


Whilst Luke’s primary responsibility is the management of the Xelon YouTube account, his role extends far beyond this into ringtone production and co-ordinating compilation releases for the Compactive Music brand.

Olivia Catalano-Holm

Graphic Designer


Olivia's graphic design flair covers branding/logo, cover art for new releases, posters, web advertisements, stationery and press kits. In addition to this, she is involved in uploading and managing ringtones and YouTube claims for Xelon brands.

1) How much does it cost to be distributed by Xelon?

Our distribution model is based on revenue share only, split between Xelon and the distributed label, and we can tailor an agreement to suit your needs.

2) Can I join Xelon as an independent label / artist?

Yes, Xelon provides a distribution model for a wide array of independent labels and artists of varying sizes.

3) Do I maintain copyright of my music?

Yes, you maintain full copyright of your music and the master recording as well as publishing.

4) Which stores do you deliver to?

Xelon deliver to around 400 online stores and streaming platforms worldwide, including: iTunes, Spotify, YouTube, Google Play, Apple Music, Beatport, Amazon, Rdio, JBHiFi, Sony, Juno and many more.

5) Can you make me a Beatport label page?

Yes, our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to set up a label page on Beatport for your record label, but you’ll have to do an artist page yourself.
